We operate VIP helicopter flights with the twin engine Agusta 109E “Power” executive transport helicopter featuring up to 150 kt airspeed capability, all weather operation, air conditioning, fine leather interiors and retractable landing gear (wheels) allowing operations on all FBO business jet ramps. Helishares aircraft can also land on any heliport, helistop and in most cases, private property within a couple blocks of your destination. Not a start up business, our company has been in the helicopter business for over 50 years with worldwide operations and now offers new programs for the transportation age.

Fractional ownership is a unique way of delivering helicopter flight services in state of the art helicopters otherwise unavailable from local charter companies. With fractional ownership, an individual or company purchases a share, or interest in a helicopter which is an “undivided lien-free interest” similar to “tenants-in-common” in real estate ownership. You retain financial and legal control over your fractional asset in a specific serial numbered aircraft registered with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

Fractional aircraft ownership offers companies and individuals all the benefits of full aircraft ownership at a fraction of the cost of owning an entire aircraft. After aircraft acquisition, you pay a reasonable monthly management fee to cover fixed costs and an hourly rate each time you fly to cover direct operating costs. Each helicopter is divided in to no more than three shares, with each share coming with an allocation of 150 or 200 hours per year depending upon the aircraft chosen.

Helishares offers economically driven solutions for corporate flight departments, individuals, existing Agusta 109 owners and prospective helicopter purchasers. We have a base network of three Agusta 109 Power and Grand models with three new aircraft on order from the factory. Existing Agusta 109 owners can place their aircraft in to our network and consign shares for a return of capital while still having access to their helicopter, indeed, access to our entire fleet. Prospective purchasers can realize ownership of a true cabin class twin engine for less than the cost of a single engine helicopter thereby increasing safety and compliance with key-man insurance policies and other corporate safety concerns requiring twin engine travel. Our financial analysis shows that the ownership of a helishare will actually save you money vs. over the counter charter, not to mention the peace of mind knowing that you are flying on your own professionally managed, crewed and maintained state of the art helicopter.
